The initial plan was to travel to Morogoro by train. However, it was poorly organized, so the train was fully booked. That's why I was offered a private trip one day before the trip with a pick-up from the hotel. This was very annoying, but I agreed to it. I accepted it because otherwise I would have had to cancel the tour. So I went to Mikumi National Park by car. After a long drive, I finally arrived. I looked on the bright side, as I was still able to do the safari tour. My tour guide was Godfrey. He really went out of his way and apologized several times for the inconvenience. A very good tour guide. I had a private tour which lasted 2 days and included an overnight stay in the national park. He was guided according to my wishes and needs and drove to the places where I wanted to see the animals. On the second day we started at 6:00 am. So that I could enjoy the sunrise. I saw all the animals except the leopards. All in all, the safari tour was very good. There are 4/5 stars because the organization for the trip was unfortunately not so good. However, I would highly recommend Godfrey. He looked after my well-being very well.

Très belle expérience mémorable avec des guides qui expliquent très bien et qui sont très impliqués, ce qui fais énormément plaisir.

Nous avons vécu de supers moments qui laisseront gravés de merveilleux souvenirs. L’investissement et la passion de nos guides Godfrey et Stéphane se sont ressentis tout le séjours. En leur compagnie nous avons assisté à des paysages incroyables. En plus de la découverte des animaux sauvages nous avons partagé des moments humains de partage et de bienveillance. Nous avons vécu une expérience incroyable durant notre safari de trois jours, accompagné de Godfrey et de Stéphane, nos guide durant notre safari dont le second parle français.
Ces derniers nous ont montré des endroits et des animaux plus magnifiques les uns que les autres, ils ont été très impliqués pour que notre safari se déroule au mieux.

Leuke Safari die van begin tot eind goed geregeld is. De gids stopt zo dichtbij mogelijk zodat je goede foto’s kan maken en vertelt leuke weetjes over de dieren. Ook was de lunch goed voor elkaar.

There are many companies offering Safaris, but I think we found the best team to enjoy this day.
They are in a good mood, they have a smile, they know where to find animals like lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras.
We were lucky to have a guide who spoke French and English.
Plus they sing and dance well hahaha.
I absolutely recommend.
