2 Days Southern Tanzania Tour- Selous(Nyerere National Park)
Selous(Nyerere) boost larger population of Elephants as well as large numbers of Buffalo, Hippo, Crocodile and endangered Wild dog. Commonly seen are pride of Lion, Bushbuck, Impala, Warthogs, Ostrich, Giraffe, Eland, Baboon, Zebra, Hyena, Kudu, rare sable antelope and Leopard. In Selous, there are more than 400 species of birdlife: Fish eagle, Kingfisher, Secretary bird, Sunbird, Hammerkop, Red & Yellow bill stork, Open bill stork, Weavers, Waterbirds, Marabou stork, Vulture’s etc. In short, the variety of the wildlife to be explored are endless.
Our safari will start from Zanzibar ferry /Airport and to Dar es salaam and soon after your arrival you will meet your safari guide waiting you with safari vehicle and start a journey to Nyerere National Park.
Arrive for game drive you will have picnic stop for lunch inside the park. Continuous with game drive up sunset enjoy your wildlife game drive with variety of animal in including Lion ,Warthogs , Elephant ,Zebra ,Topi, Wildebeest , Africa Hunting Dogs, Impala, Hippo, Crocodile, Giraffe, Buffalo, Jackal and many other species of birds. You will enjoy game drive up the sunset then drive to your accommodation.
After breakfast you will leave for sunrise game drives then boat safari for 2 to 3 hours before back to Dar es Salaam then start a journey to Dar es salaam and during lunch time we will stop on restaurant having lunch then continue with journey to Dar es salaam .
Upon arrival in Dar es salaam you will be transferred to Ferry/Airport and catch a boat/Flight to Zanzibar.
